Odaily Planet Daily reports that the bankrupt blockchain company Terraform Labs announced that it will officially open the crypto creditor claim application channel on March 31, with a claim deadline of April 30. According to the company's claim guidelines, creditors must submit proof of asset holdings, including wallet addresses and exchange API keys. Those using transaction records or other "manual evidence" will face longer review periods.
In the restructuring plan approved by the court last September, the company promised to pay creditors between $185 million and $442 million, sourced from part of the $4.47 billion settlement agreement with the SEC. Notably, the SEC has agreed to prioritize payments to ordinary creditors over regulatory fines. This claim involves investors affected by the $40 billion collapse of the Terra ecosystem in 2022.
