Why is the bottom of the Bitcoin bear market getting higher, and the top of the bull market is getting closer to the last increase? There are several factors:
First, the user growth rate is slowing down. As the user base grows, the proportion of new users among the same group of people becomes smaller. Even so, in recent years, there has been about a 10% growth rate, which translates to a 20% annual value growth.
Therefore, the bottom of the bear market is getting higher, which matches the user growth.
There is also the issue of big and small years for the bull market. For example, 2021 was a big year due to macro resilience, while 2024 is expected to be a small year.
In 2021, the bottom was 6000, and there was a tenfold increase. By the end of 2024, with a bottom of 16000, it won't reach a tenfold increase.
However, if this bear market reaches 30,000 as I anticipate, the next bull market might be a big year (macro resilience), which could potentially lead to one last tenfold increase.
