Why do I feel that BG's technology is lacking?

I opened an account at BG for the sake of my family.

To be honest, the front end has added animation rendering, which makes it feel very smooth, but I quickly realized that the technology of this exchange is lacking.

First of all, the referral code is case-sensitive. You either have to use pure numbers or the letters must be case-insensitive. The fact that such a small issue cannot be resolved shows that the back end is not up to par.

Additionally, on the mobile end, you cannot view or operate users who have used the referral code; you can only log in via the web, and the logic is quite chaotic. This suggests either a lack of personnel on the back end or stubbornness from the back end team!

What is shocking is that with a 1x leverage on a coin-based short position, there is actually a liquidation price. Clearly, this is not just a back-end technical issue; the product manager must not have experience with contracts.

In the recent VOXEL/USDT incident, the bug existed for such a long time, and the risk control service did not discover it. The rollback was also a complete mess, which clearly indicates that the back end is quite sloppy, so it's not surprising that these issues have arisen.
