In a world dominated by the Eastern University military, are you all ready?

The key question here is how the Eastern University will view and govern this world.

If we call Spain's colonial model Colonialism 1.0, the Spanish nobility only knew how to extract gold and silver from South America without understanding production, leading to corrupt practices.

The British Empire might represent Colonialism 2.0, where a large cycle of production and consumption was formed between the British Empire and its colonies. This cycle was established under the planned economy of the British Empire, which imposed oppression and exploitation on the colonies.

The American Empire is Colonialism 3.0. The characteristic of 3.0 is that you think you are not a colony, but in fact, you are. The American Empire has established its dominance through a series of international organizations such as the United Nations, WTO, and IMF, which is relatively flexible but also most beneficial to the United States.

What the Eastern University aims to achieve is the Colonialism 4.0 model. Colonialism 4.0 may have several characteristics: first, non-interference in internal affairs, equivalent to a heterogeneous network; second, relative equality, unlike the American Empire which divides the world into different tiers; third, peace, as the Eastern University is unlikely to actively provoke wars.
