Bitcoin has dropped from a high of 110,000 to around 106,700 last night, a decline of over 4,000 points, while Ethereum has been fluctuating upwards. We laid out short positions multiple times above 109,000 and 2,650 yesterday. Ethereum also approached around 2,610 several times, but friends who did not act in time may still be trapped, so it is very important to manage trend waves and be timely. Currently, the market is consolidating at a high level, and Bitcoin has broken below the daily MA7 and MA10 moving averages, with the moving averages starting to turn downwards. In the 4-hour cycle, a long lower shadow indicates some buying support at lower levels, but overall it remains weak. Technical indicators show a death cross in the 4-hour cycle with DIF and DEA moving downwards, and the green bars are expanding, indicating a bearish advantage; the daily level also shows signs of a death cross, so we need to be cautious of further downside risks. Ethereum has also approached the daily high of 2,780 and is under pressure nearby.

Operational suggestions: BTC: short around 108,000, target around 106,000; ETH: short around 2,730, target around 2,620.
