In the announcement shared with Bitcoin.com News, Bitget‘s sponsorship covers races in Italy, Germany, Spain, and Indonesia. It begins at the Italian Grand Prix at the Mugello Circuit. MotoGP is the premier class of motorcycle road racing.

The motorcycle racing championship has transformed across generations, with the premier MotoGP class formally debuting in 2002—yet its legacy stretches far beyond, tracing back to the birth of the world championship in 1949.

Bitget CEO Gracy Chen linked racing’s focus on milliseconds to crypto trading’s micro-decisions in the announcement. “Success — on the track or on the charts — comes down to smart moves and fearless execution,” Chen stated.

Three-time MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo will represent Bitget’s “Make It Count” campaign associated with the deal. Lorenzo noted parallels between racing precision and crypto trading strategy. The MotoGP world champion said:

The worlds of MotoGP and crypto aren’t as different as they seem — they both reward those who stay sharp and think fast.

The collaboration includes trackside activations, VIP experiences and digital initiatives. Media and influencers will receive paddock access during the Mugello event.

This follows Bitget’s sponsorships of athlete Lionel Messi and teams Juventus and LALIGA. “We’re excited to join MotoGP in putting power, precision, and potential into the hands of every user and every fan,” Bitget’s CEO concluded.
