Everyone is very healthy. Yesterday, I also talked about controlling weight. Besides intermittent fasting, I have also given up cola, and I recently started swimming again.

As for food, I have no restrictions because I only eat one meal a day, so it doesn't matter what I eat. It has been proven that relying on not eating to control weight, at my height of 177 CM, my weight is around 145, and I have maintained this level for about five years.

I have given up all snacks. Besides meals, I only eat fruit after eating, and not much, and I often forget to eat it. I have been drinking very little plain water lately; I mostly have effervescent tablets + sparkling water, juice, and yogurt (after meals), and I don't drink beer.

I haven't exercised for a long time, and my weight hasn't changed. I feel that adding exercise will increase consumption, so let's keep a record and see.

For weight loss, my personal experience is to control diet; it's the simplest way.
