I have always held respect for projects that continue to build, deliver, and iterate.

To briefly discuss the Infrared v1.7 upgrade, this upgrade mainly involves four aspects:

First, the iBERA auction system

Original mechanism: Direct redemption of BGT to BERA

New mechanism: Auction system

The change brought about is that, due to the premium trading of iBGT, the auction can capture more value, allowing users to obtain more BERA.

Second, adjustment of the connection between iBERA and PoL

Original mechanism: Use part of the incentive income to purchase BERA and compound it

New mechanism: When the iBGT premium reaches 1.2 times or higher, the base reward is retained as iBGT.

Third, dynamic fees for iBGT

Fees are dynamically adjusted according to market conditions and the iBGT premium level. Fees are reduced to maintain competitiveness during market weakness, and increased to maximize revenue during favorable market conditions.

Fourth, restrictive iBGT redemption

Built-in arbitrage function that automatically arbitrages when the iBGT price falls below 1.0.

This function essentially establishes a price floor protection for iBGT, enhancing the token's risk resistance.

As of now, Infrared remains far ahead on the bear chain TVL leaderboard, with a TVL that is more than double that of the second place, Kodiak. The v1.7 upgrade will further consolidate its position as the primary infrastructure for the PoL mechanism and prepare the technical groundwork for the upcoming PoL V2 evolution.
