Interpretation of Flipr: Let prediction markets go viral on X, every transaction is a tweet.

X platform's prediction trading robot turns betting into social content.

Prediction markets are gradually gaining attention, but most platforms remain difficult to access and disconnected from everyday internet use. Flipr takes a completely different approach: users can trade directly on X, transforming each bet into content that is easy to share, interact with, and refute.

By defaulting to public trading, Flipr turns market participation into a social experience. The visibility of trades becomes a core feature; users are not just making predictions, they are showcasing them and attracting others to participate.

This design creates a powerful feedback loop: users place bets, the betting content appears on the timeline, and others can replicate, refute, or quote this content. This interaction draws in more users and trades, leading to more fees and rewards. Flipr's product grows through public use.

How It Works

Flipr is currently integrated with Polymarket and will soon integrate with Kalshi. However, unlike traditional platforms, Flipr does not build its own interface but uses X as the front end. Users simply need to tag @fliprbot in a tweet and specify the direction and amount of the trade to complete the transaction. For example: @fliprbot bet $100 yes.

This simple setup reduces the barrier to entry for new users, eliminating the need to visit a website, connect a wallet, or learn a new interface. Users can deposit funds, trade, and track results directly through X.

This method also supports more expressive forms of trading. Users can interact in real-time, build reputations, and share their views in a public format. As more content flows into the tradable dynamics, product discovery and use become more convenient.

Mindshare Mining Campaign

On July 5, 2025, Flipr launched Mindshare Mining, a six-week campaign to reward users who trade and post information about Flipr on X. A total of 10 million FLIPR tokens will be distributed during the campaign, with rewards issued weekly based on a scoring system.

Unlike traditional reward programs that focus solely on trading volume, Mindshare Mining tracks the following five key metrics:

  • Trade Size: The larger the trade amount, the more points earned;

  • Publication Timing: Content published earlier in the week is valued higher;

  • Consistent Posting: Continuous posting of content earns higher rewards;

  • Spam Control: Excessive posting will be penalized;

  • Interactivity: More interaction can enhance scores.

This design encourages users to engage in meaningful activities. A few well-timed, high-quality trades and posts may be more advantageous than sheer trading volume. The system aims to reward quality content rather than simple interaction spamming or junk content. Flipr has also purchased 1% of the supply on the open market and is giving it back to the community through the Mindshare Mining campaign.

Industry Growth

To better understand Flipr's potential, consider the following industry benchmark data:

Polymarket

  • Over $9 billion in trading volume in 2024, peaking at $2.63 billion during the U.S. elections;

  • Approximately 314,500 active traders in December 2024;

  • Continues to dominate, holding over 70% of the market share for crypto-native prediction platforms;

  • Trading volume reached $1.1 billion in May 2025, showing stable market activity;

  • Total funding of $74 million, with a company valuation of $1 billion.

Kalshi

  • Trading volume grew to approximately $1.97 billion in 2024, nearly a tenfold increase from 2023;

  • Expected revenue of $24 million in 2024, soaring 1200% year-over-year;

  • Completed a $185 million funding round in mid-2025, with a company valuation of $2 billion;

  • Operates under the approval of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), making it fully legal in the U.S. retail market.

These platforms combined have processed over $10 billion in prediction trades, showcasing a rapidly growing vertical that is still in the early stages of mainstream adoption.

The Importance of Kalshi

Prediction markets are experiencing significant growth trends. Polymarket has proven this trend, while Kalshi's funding valuation is double that of Polymarket, with many new projects emerging to compete with it. However, Flipr does not choose to compete directly but instead adopts a complementary strategy, providing a smarter, beta-style exposure approach to access Polymarket and Kalshi. The integration with Kalshi hints at potential future collaboration.

For U.S. prediction market users, regulation remains a major challenge. Polymarket, as a borderless platform, currently leads in user numbers, but U.S. users cannot participate. In contrast, Kalshi is fully open to U.S. users. Notably, sports betting now accounts for 75% of total trading volume, with March trading volume reaching $513 million and April at $453 million.

Traditional sports betting platforms like DraftKings and FanDuel face disadvantages: due to the need to obtain gaming approvals state by state, they are not operational in 11 states and typically have a house edge of 4-5% per bet. Kalshi, as a federally regulated derivatives exchange, bypasses state-level restrictions and is available in all 50 states, charging only a 1% fee per bet.

Integration with Kalshi

Flipr is integrating with Kalshi, one of the only CFTC-regulated prediction markets in the U.S., which recently raised $185 million and has a valuation of $2 billion. Its platform is legally open to retail users in most states. However, it faces challenges regarding user accessibility, as its user experience is still primarily geared towards professional or high-end traders.

Flipr provides a more open entry point. By building a lightweight interface on X, Flipr displays Kalshi market content in the same information stream that users browse daily. This lowers the barrier to entry for new users while providing broader distribution channels for Kalshi and Polymarket.

The public interaction between the Flipr and Kalshi teams indicates that both sides are actively collaborating. If fully integrated, Flipr has the potential to serve as a social front end for a regulated U.S. platform, driving platform usage through creator activities, public trading, and KOL participation.

Outlook (Flipr and Pcule)

Flipr is not trying to rebuild the prediction market from scratch. Instead, it has built an additional layer that makes prediction markets more user-friendly, visible, and social.

Unlike Polymarket and Kalshi, which focus on infrastructure building, Flipr's emphasis is on expanding reach. Its product design aligns with this goal: trading becomes content, interaction drives distribution, and users engage in both the market and discussions.

This strategy positions Flipr as the social layer of prediction markets. It attracts new users, rewards public beliefs, and connects existing platforms in a simple, friendly manner.

Despite the rapid development in this field, most prediction market platforms still appear isolated or difficult to access. Flipr changes this by engaging users on a platform where they are already active—X—and providing a seamless and transparent participation experience.

Unlike PCULE, which focuses on back-end infrastructure and tools, Flipr is more concerned with the front-end experience (social). This distinction is crucial: X has proven to be an ideal platform for real-time betting activities. Flipr leverages X's approximately 150 million daily active users, who are already engaged with real-time news and events, thereby lowering the barrier to participation and enhancing discovery efficiency.

Conclusion

By integrating with Kalshi and Polymarket, Flipr is positioning itself as the preferred bot for prediction market betting. Since neither Polymarket nor Kalshi has issued tokens, and Flipr's current market cap is only $4 million (as of the time of writing), it stands out as a potential project valued below $10 million.

The main risk lies in user acceptance: will X users widely adopt Flipr for betting?

If your answer is yes, then its future growth potential is substantial—especially considering the trading volume mentioned in this study.

Given that a large portion of X's user base is from the U.S., this opportunity becomes even more attractive. The interactions between the Flipr and Kalshi teams on X also indicate a close relationship, potentially hinting at exciting developments or future pushes from Kalshi.
