Bitcoin and Ethereum have continued to fluctuate within a narrow range over the weekend, with overall bullish and bearish momentum not being strong. There is pressure above and support below, and no breakouts have occurred. We positioned ourselves again yesterday, shorting near 4330 and going long after 4240 in the early morning, which allowed us to capture some space. The weekend trend is not obvious, and by 8 AM tomorrow, the weekly line will close. If there are no major changes, Ethereum will close with two consecutive bearish weeks. However, Bitcoin has stabilized around the mid-line of the weekly chart, which is a significant variable. The market may continue to fluctuate in the short term, focusing on the upper pressure at 113000 and the lower support at 108000.

In terms of K-line patterns, the daily level shows that recent prices have been fluctuating around 110800 and 4300. After experiencing a significant decline, there has been a slight rebound, but overall it remains in a weak consolidation range. The 4-hour level has formed multiple K-lines with long upper shadows, indicating heavy selling pressure above. However, at the same time, the lows are gradually rising, providing some support. In terms of technical indicators, both the daily and 4-hour charts are below the zero axis, with DIF and DEA remaining in negative territory, indicating a clear bearish trend. However, there are signs of reduced volume in the short cycle (4 hours), which may indicate a transition into a consolidation and repair phase.

For evening operations, it is recommended to short Bitcoin around 111200 to 111700, targeting around 109500; for Ethereum, short around 4310 to 4340, targeting around 4240.
