Analyst Chen Shu: 9.8 Weak Fluctuations Focus on Key Position of 110,000, Midday Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Analysis Strategy

From the daily chart of Bitcoin, it is currently maintaining a fluctuation adjustment around the MA120 daily moving average, which is near 110,000. The key focus for today is the gains and losses at this line. If it holds steady, we will look for a fluctuation upward to test the resistance level at 113,500. Conversely, if it fails to hold, we will look for a retest of the 107,000 level. For short-term support, we will focus on the 1-hour MA256 daily moving average at 110,200. The short-term small pressure level on the 4-hour chart is at the MA120 daily moving average at 111,500. If there is a rebound and it stabilizes above 111,500, we will consider the continuation of the rebound.

From the daily chart of Ethereum, the short-term pressure level is at the MA30 daily moving average at 4,430. The price is currently under pressure from the MA5/10 daily moving averages. We will focus on whether the rebound at this line of 4,330 can successfully break through. On the 4-hour chart, we will continue to watch the breakout direction of the range between 4,430 and 4,220. On the 1-hour level, the current narrow fluctuation is supported by the MA30 daily moving average at 4,300, with a pressure level at 4,330.

BTC: Short at 111,300, add to short at 112,300 on rebound, target 110,000/109,500; consider long positions at 108,000/107,000 for a 1,000-2,000 point rebound.
