The purchases were funded via recently completed capital raises: an €1.8 million “ATM‑type” round with TOBAM at €1.72 per share enabling 17 BTC, a €2.5 million subscription by TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund at €1.69 per share enabling 24 BTC, and a €0.7 million Fulgur Ventures subscription at €0.544 per share enabling 7 BTC. Capital B reported a BTC Yield of 1,536.6% YTD, a YTD BTC gain of 614.6 BTC (€60.6 million), and QTD gains of 346.8 BTC (€34.2 million). An ongoing €2.2 million raise subscribed by Adam Back could add around 18 BTC, potentially lifting holdings to 2,267 BTC.
