Ethereum's performance was relatively in line with expectations, facing resistance and pulling back. Currently, the market is pulling back and consolidating, which is the calm before the storm. The volatility after 2 AM will intensify and break the recent consolidation pattern, so we need to manage it well. Currently, the K-line pattern for Bitcoin and Ethereum shows that Ethereum's daily level indicates a continuous price decline recently, forming multiple bearish candles, presenting a weak adjustment pattern. Bitcoin has also experienced multiple surges followed by pullbacks. In the 4-hour cycle, there is some buying support at lower levels, but overall it remains in a bearish consolidation state. In terms of technical indicators, in the 4-hour cycle, both DIF and DEA are operating below the zero axis, with green bars shortening but not turning red. The bearish strength has weakened but has not yet turned strong.

In terms of operations, it is recommended to short Bitcoin around 116,800 to 117,300, targeting around 115,000; for Ethereum, short around 4,500 to 4,530, targeting around 4,410.
