Brevis: The "Smart Engine" Focusing on the Concept of "Infinite Computing Layer"
Project Introduction
Brevis is an off-chain computing engine built on zero-knowledge proofs, positioned as the "infinite computing layer for Web 3 and everything." In simple terms, Brevis enables smart contracts to be "smarter," shifting from passive execution to active computation, saving computing costs while improving efficiency, thus facilitating user interaction with protocols, asset accumulation, and increasing protocol adoption rates. On October 15, Vitalik, who had not been seen for a long time, published again. This time, he did not share philosophical thoughts as before, but to support a project in his favorite ZK track—ZK computing layer Brevis.
Interaction Tutorial
STEP 1. Enter the interaction website (link: https://proving-grounds.brevis.network/) and connect your wallet to participate in the Proving Grounds event.
STEP 2. First, bind your personal account, then follow the official X account and join the official Discord. Entering the invitation code can earn you 50 points (invitation code: IABsdu).
STEP 3. Currently, you can participate in Phase 1 tasks. Task 1 is a promotion task; you can earn 200 points for each valid user invited (points over 100), with a maximum of 10 friends invited.
STEP 4. Tasks 2 to 7 are community tasks, which can be completed according to the prompts, with each task earning 100 points (Task 8 is a social accumulation task, which can be completed according to the prompts).
STEP 5. Task 9 is a daily task; signing in daily can earn you 10 points (consecutive sign-ins for 7, 14, and 30 days can earn additional points).
OpenMind: Building a General Operating System and Decentralized Collaboration Network for Intelligent Machines
Project Introduction
OpenMind was founded by Stanford University professor Jan Liphardt, dedicated to building a general operating system and decentralized collaboration network for intelligent machines, allowing robots from different manufacturers and forms to safely trust each other, share information, and work collaboratively worldwide. Its core products include the OM 1 operating system and the FABRIC collaboration protocol: the former enables various robots to have perception, adaptation, and action capabilities, while the latter provides cross-platform identity verification and secure collaboration. The combination of the two creates an open and secure "nervous system" for global robots.
In early August this year, OpenMind announced the completion of $20 million in financing, led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Ribbit, Redpoint, Coinbase Ventures, DCG, Lightspeed Faction, Anagram, Pi Network Ventures, Topology, Primitive Ventures, and Amber Group.

Additionally, on October 17, 2024, Mento Labs announced the completion of $10 million in financing, with participation from T-Capital, HashKey Capital, Richard Parsons, Flori Ventures, No Limit Holdings, Verda Ventures, and w3.fund.

Recently, Mento Labs released tasks for claiming Early FX ID and Discord OG roles on the X platform.
STEP 1. Enter the official Discord channel (link: https://discord.com/invite/mentofx) and complete the human verification first.
STEP 2. Enter the fx-card channel, click "Generate," and randomly select a country to generate an ID image.
STEP 3. Save the generated ID image, click "Post on X," which will automatically generate a tweet. Add the saved image and click send.
