Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Eric Trump said transparency around shareholder value is a key focus, citing a new “Satoshis Per Share” (SPS) metric designed to show how much bitcoin backs each ABTC share. “And we are just getting warmed up! Incredibly excited about ABTC and what we are building,” Trump said in a statement on X.

Executive Chairman Asher Genoot emphasized the company’s hybrid model as a differentiator from traditional treasury vehicles. “By producing bitcoin directly, we can reduce our average cost per bitcoin and drive a cost advantage over vehicles that buy exclusively on the open market,” Genoot remarked.

American Bitcoin plans to provide regular SPS updates through its investor portal and social media channels, aiming to give shareholders greater visibility into performance metrics tied to its bitcoin accumulation strategy.

The company, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker ABTC, continues to position itself as an institutional-grade vehicle integrating scaled self-mining operations with disciplined bitcoin acquisition strategies. The company is among many BTC treasury firms that have taken up this strategy in 2025.
