Hamilton Lane, Securitize, Vaneck, Ripple Tie up RLUSD Liquidity for HLSCOPE

In a recent X thread and blog post, Securitize explained that the new integration lets HLSCOPE instantly convert VBILL holdings into Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin, unlocking regulated, real-time liquidity backed by U.S. Treasuries.

The feeder structure, managed by Securitize, provides onchain access to Hamilton Lane’s private markets strategies while plugging traditionally illiquid private credit into tokenized Treasury “rails.” Operationally, redemptions are priced by onchain net asset value using Redstone’s Trusted Single Source Oracle (TSSO).

Once triggered, the smart contract swaps VBILL into RLUSD and delivers the stablecoin to investor wallets in near-instant fashion—fully onchain, regulated, and available 24/7. That means fewer idle reserves and less manual processing when liquidity is needed.

The integration reuses the RLUSD liquidity feature previously developed by Vaneck, Ripple, and Securitize for VBILL, illustrating how tokenized finance can stitch together yield, settlement, and compliance into shared infrastructure rather than isolated products. In plain English: buttoned-up private credit now taps the same pipes serving tokenized Treasuries.

For investors, the hook is straightforward—exposure to institutional private markets with the ability to move value in RLUSD when exiting, priced off an onchain oracle and executed by code. For issuers and managers, the model suggests new funds can latch onto existing, regulated liquidity features instead of building bespoke plumbing from scratch.

Securitize framed the move as a step toward composable, interoperable markets, where capital flows instantly across institutional-grade assets without sacrificing regulatory controls. “Private credit is now connected to the yield-bearing rails of tokenized Treasuries,” Securtize stated on X.

  • What changed for investors? HLSCOPE now supports instant RLUSD redemptions by swapping VBILL positions onchain, available 24/7.
  • Where is this relevant? The integration applies to investors accessing Hamilton Lane’s tokenized feeder via Securitize.
  • How are redemptions priced? Onchain NAV is delivered by Redstone’s Trusted Single Source Oracle (TSSO) before VBILL swaps into RLUSD.
  • Why does it matter? It links private credit to tokenized U.S. Treasuries’ liquidity rails, combining yield, settlement, and compliance.
