The future form of Web3 wallets has 5 key focus areas:

1. Wallet + AI Agent = Smart Wallet

Deeply integrating AI Agents into wallets to achieve intelligence.

Many wallets are making various attempts, but they are still in a state of market vacancy.

2. Wallet + DeFi = Financial Wallet

It needs to automatically generate interest on the balance, truly realizing an on-chain balance treasure.

OKX Pay has made a good attempt, allowing stablecoin deposits and usage, with the balance automatically generating interest, similar to a balance treasure.

3. Wallet + Crypto Card = Consumption Wallet

The carrier is the U Card, which can be recharged with stablecoins for everyday consumption.

Currently, the best performer is Bitget Wallet, which not only has a built-in U Card but also offers mall services, providing usage scenarios.

MetaMask has also done something similar, launching its own U Card, focusing on travel scenarios.

4. Wallet + Web3 Payment = Payment Wallet

The penetration rate of stablecoin payments is already very high.

However, what is mainly done in the market is B2B payments, i.e., payments between enterprises.

C-end payments are still not widespread; BitPay, which laid out early, has relatively extensive merchant resources.

5. Wallet + Chain Abstraction = Chainless Wallet

Currently, wallets are still too complex, and ordinary users need to understand many concepts to use them effectively.

For example, understanding private keys, gas, cross-chain, etc.

Currently, the chain abstraction service provider Particle Network has become an industry infrastructure.

Among these 5 major directions, the most promising is the combination of wallets and AI Agents.

After scanning the wallets available in the market, there are not many that combine with AI, which can be roughly divided into three categories:

One category is represented by Coinbase Wallet, which builds a standard platform, creating an open platform, AI toolkit, and x402 payment protocol;

Another category is represented by Bitget Wallet, which integrates AI services, utilizing AI capabilities for token analysis, trading signals, etc.;

The last category is represented by Talisman Wallet, which is reforming the system and building a new generation of AI-native wallets.

I researched Talisman Wallet's strategy:

It mainly optimizes user decision-making through an embedded AI Agent, including trading and DeFi operations.

Talisman's AI service is developed in collaboration with Rizzo, with the partnership primarily facilitated by the DNA Fund.

Talisman itself is a multi-chain wallet, mainly providing product direction, user experience, and wallet integration; Team Rizzo is an AI Agent development team responsible for building and maintaining subnet infrastructure.

Perhaps due to the upcoming TGE, there is a certain level of enthusiasm in the community.

However, in the long run, it still needs to return to the product itself.

After adding AI capabilities, is it possible for existing wallets to leap into the era of smart wallets?

This is still very much worth looking forward to, and I hope the wallet track can welcome its "Apple moment" in the future!
