The reason for today's decline seems to be a lack of obvious negative information, and the performance of the US stock market is also relatively stable. It should just be an adjustment of emotions. Indeed, tomorrow is the weekend, and if the sentiment is poor today, the low trading volume over the weekend will be painful. However, next week is the interest rate meeting, and the probability of a rate cut in December is already quite high. The market is starting to bet on whether there will be a rate cut in January. Personally, I estimate that the recent period shouldn't be too bad; if there is a significant move, it should happen after the interest rate meeting. Currently, it has once again fallen below the 90,000 mark, with a low spike around 88,000, and is now fluctuating around 89,500, still primarily focusing on short positions, which can be entered around 91,000 during a rebound.
ETH
Analysis
Compared to BTC, ETH's recent performance has indeed been quite good. On Thursday, Bitcoin saw a net outflow while ETH continued to maintain a net inflow. Although the inflow of funds is not substantial, it at least indicates that investors are more interested in the current price of ETH. Of course, this is also related to the fact that most ETH spot ETF investors are still at their cost line. Currently, Ethereum is struggling to hold above 3,000. On the four-hour chart, MACD has formed a death cross, and short positions can be entered around 3,080 to 3,125, with a target around 2,950.
