After the U.S. stock market opened high again in the evening, the cryptocurrency market suffered once more. Close to midnight, Bitcoin dropped from around 92,500 to 89,500 and then began to consolidate. Currently, the 4-hour chart shows a significant bearish sentiment due to a large bearish candle before midnight, leading to a divergence in the MACD and KDJ indicators. However, this has also created a large gap between the price and the 5-day moving average. Looking at the hourly chart, the current downward sentiment has not yet ended. It is crucial to monitor the support levels at 89,300-87,600 for any breakdown. If the price cannot effectively break below any support level, Bitcoin still has a chance for a rebound. However, the highs will definitely be lower than the previous ones, with current resistance levels around 91,300-92,000. Therefore, for the midnight trend, my personal view is to maintain a short-term swing strategy, focusing on rebounds for the highs and supporting the lows.

Trading strategy: Near 89,300-88,800, you can try to go long. Target: 90,500-91,000. Stop loss: 88,400.

Ethereum's short-term trend is basically in sync with Bitcoin, but it is less resilient. The resistance levels for its highs are around 3,145-3,220, and the support levels for its lows are around 2,980-2,920. If the short-term rebound fails to break above any resistance, my personal view is to maintain a short-term swing strategy, focusing on rebounds for the highs and supporting the lows.

Trading strategy: You can try to go long at 3,020-2,980. Target: 3,080-3,140. Stop loss: 2,960.
