🤣 Actually, I not only have a Coinbase account but also a Crypto.com account. It's mainly because registering with SingPass (Singapore identity) is very simple. Although the returns are not very high, the deposits and withdrawals are very smooth. For example, the deposits and withdrawals on Coinbase should have the best exchange rates and the lowest slippage, and both USD and SGD can be used. Moreover, Coinbase's USDC is equivalent to USD, which saves a lot of trouble.

In addition, if you buy Coinbase One and Premium on Coinbase, you can waive the fees. However, I don't trade much on Coinbase; I mainly do my monthly dollar-cost averaging for squirrels there. The main issue is that the UI design by Americans is really uncomfortable to look at.

In terms of wealth management, my USDC is still kept in Coinbase. Although the returns might be a bit lower, the convenience of withdrawals is the main reason. Transferring back and forth is too troublesome, and Coinbase is compliant in Singapore, so any issues can be directly contacted. Compared to Kraken, it’s a bit more complicated, but since the amount of money isn’t large, as long as the wealth management returns are similar, it’s fine.

However, I received information today that Crypto.com is also going to launch cash management. The guaranteed return is 4.1%, not sure if it's to attract customers.
