Pharos Network, a financial Layer 1 blockchain, announced the addition of a specialized group of research, data, and institutional infrastructure partners to its RealFi Alliance. This expansion marks a shift from building “on-chain plumbing” to establishing a sophisticated layer of data, research, and institutional-grade infrastructure designed to unlock massive capital inflows.

While the alliance’s inaugural cohort focused on core infrastructure and asset issuance, this latest group — dubbed the Intelligence Partners — addresses the information asymmetry that has historically kept traditional institutions on the sidelines of decentralized markets.

Pharos Network CEO Wish Wu addressed the limitations of early industry efforts, noting that tokenization alone is insufficient for creating functional markets.

“One of the key lessons from early RWA pilots is that tokenization alone does not create usable financial markets,” Wu told Bitcoin.com News. He noted that while assets can be successfully brought on-chain, institutions require far greater clarity around asset quality and risk before deploying meaningful capital. “Institutional capital doesn’t just move for high yields. It moves for high-conviction data and verified intelligence.”

The new cohort introduces a specialized group of industry leaders to provide the “intelligence layer” necessary for institutional trust. The partners will strengthen the ecosystem through three strategic dimensions. Intelligence partners Four Pillars and Web3caff Research will provide institutional-grade coverage and academic rigor, bridging the gap between theoretical financial modeling and on-chain execution.

Dune will develop real-time, verifiable dashboards for RWA capital flows, ensuring every asset is backed by the same level of scrutiny found in traditional capital markets. Alchemy serves as the canonical developer layer with its RPC infrastructure, while Anchorage Digital provides federally regulated banking and custody.

To manage the movement of capital, Yield Network will act as the on-chain bookrunner for the RealFi Ecosystem Vault, with Aquaflux optimizing liquidity and yield splitting for maximum capital efficiency.

A primary objective for this cohort is the creation of a standardized RealFi Research Framework. This initiative will see partner firms collaborate on thematic reports and on-chain data standards to define how RWA performance, risk, and compliance are measured across the industry.

This framework is designed to ensure that as the Pharos mainnet approaches, the ecosystem is not only technically robust but also “intellectually mature.”

The shift from technical feasibility to institutional transparency represents the logical evolution of the RealFi Alliance. By integrating research-focused ecosystem participants and premier data platforms, Pharos is building an environment where institutional partners have deep visibility into how assets are structured and how market conditions evolve.
