It must be mentioned that “Iranian President Pezeshkian said we are ready to end the war, but hope to receive guarantees.” This statement was not made on April 1, nor on March 31, but on March 30.

At the cabinet meeting on March 30, Pezeshkian clearly stated that any decision regarding the end of the war would be based on meeting all proposed conditions and made within the framework of maintaining national dignity, security, and interests.

Moreover, similar public statements were made earlier, on March 11, where similar comments were made in @drpezeshkian's tweet; currently, only the March 30 remarks are being quoted, not the latest ones.

It is unclear why this has been hyped up now, especially since the war is still ongoing.
