The Iranian military said: If the US and Israel escalate the war, the entire region will turn into hell for them.

A spokesperson for Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Command warned the United States and Israel that any further escalation would meet with a severe and strongly regional backlash.

"Do not forget, if the aggression expands, the entire region will become your hell," said the Iranian spokesperson. "The illusion of defeating the Islamic Republic of Iran has turned into a quagmire, and you will sink in it."

Trump has reiterated his ultimatum to Iran, demanding the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and stating that Iran will face "hellish" consequences if it fails to comply by Monday.
