PANews April 29 news, Securitize announced an agreement with equity registration service provider Computershare to provide support for the issuance of equity securities in tokenized form for publicly listed companies in the United States, opening a new path for on-chain shares. The collaboration allows issuers to add Issuer-Sponsored Tokens (ISTs) beyond traditional stocks (including DRS), without changing the existing capital structure, with Computershare responsible for the registration and handling of corporate actions, while maintaining a direct relationship between issuers and shareholders.
