
PANews April 30 news, according to CCTV News reports, the Central Cyberspace Administration recently deployed a nationwide four-month special action called “Clear and Bright: Rectifying AI Application Chaos,” which will be advanced in two phases. The first phase focuses on the absence of large model filing, insufficient platform security and review capabilities, violations of training corpus compliance, AI data poisoning, inadequate identification of synthesized content, illegal activities such as the abuse of AI to conduct cyberattacks and "deepfake voice," as well as the lack of security management for open-source models. The second phase will emphasize rectifying the utilization of AI to “fantastically modify” classics, the bulk generation of “digital garbage,” the creation and dissemination of false information, impersonating public figures and “reviving the deceased,” producing violent, vulgar, and underage content, conducting network water army activities using AI “hosting,” and providing illegal services such as sexual companionship, “one-click stripping,” and imitations of AI website applications.
