
PANews May 5 news, according to Cointelegraph, Aave has submitted an emergency motion to the U.S. federal court, requesting the lifting of the injunction on approximately 73 million dollars worth of ETH. The related funds were previously associated with the Kelp protocol exploit incident and have been frozen by Arbitrum.
Aave stated that the injunction hinders its efforts to recover the funds and advance the recovery work for the affected users of Kelp and the rsETH-related market. Previously, the Arbitrum security council took emergency action to freeze 30,766 ETH in wallets related to the Kelp exploiters, which were worth approximately 71.2 million dollars at the time.
