I just opened X and saw Teacher Zhu's article, and I feel quite touched after reading it.
I was one of the first testers when Binance Square launched. I feel ashamed to say that since I'm quite lazy, I haven't posted much content in the Square. Many friends suggested just moving content from X over, but I think X and the Square have many differences.
If X is like a "comprehensive discussion forum" for cryptocurrency, then the Square targets those who trade every day, or in other words, people on X tend to be more reserved, while in the Square, the communication is more direct.
I believe this is an optimal solution nested within an exchange; after all, users go to Binance to trade and to make money. As long as there are profitable methods, they will replicate them in the quickest way during trading, so all the successful traders in the Square have their own insights.
Of course, trading doesn’t come with guaranteed profits, but I always think that having your own trading style, opinions, and perspectives is worth learning. I’ve discussed this with my brother @yingbinance many times and talked with the advertising team about it a lot; this should be the essence of an exchange.
Since mid-last year, I heard many project teams started directly advertising in the Square because the users there are more straightforward, the traffic is more concentrated, and the calling effect is better 🤣. This is a good thing; capital must vote with money to select the most suitable products.
Now, with the "capital" backing, the Square is doing better and better every day, creating a very active atmosphere. And as I mentioned earlier, the Square is more focused on trading; almost over 80% of the content is directly related to trading, and the popularity is increasing. The remaining 20% should be driven by @heyibinance and @cz_binance.
I have seen many excellent traders who express themselves both on X and in the Square, but they do not just copy directly from X to the Square, or from the Square to X. Instead, they adapt their content output based on the differences between the two platforms, which I greatly admire. The Square leans more towards the trading itself, while X emphasizes analysis more.
The Square has now become an indispensable section of Binance, thanks to Ling’s significant efforts. If anyone is interested, you can check out Ling's replies on X; he tirelessly looks for better authors every day to provide better content for the Square.
