3. Industry News Updates

1. Major Events in the Industry This Week

The DeFi digital credit protocol Saturn Foundation announced that from August 4 to August 13, it will provide double points on the Pendle market for USDat and sUSDat expiring on January 14, 2027, on Monad. According to the rules, double points generated before August 8 will be accounted for in Gravity Points (Q1), and those generated from August 9 will be accounted in Orbital Points (Q2). The core value of this event for users participating in Monad, Pendle, or RWA yield asset interactions is to simultaneously earn both basic yield and additional points through the same capital position. Future attention may be given to whether Saturn will link points with token distribution, ecological incentives, or Q2 rewards.

The Web3 AI operating system project DAPPOS launched its airdrop website on August 5 and opened the first-phase airdrop check. Users can check their eligibility for DOS token distribution through the official airdrop entry. Previously, DAPPOS announced the DOS token economics, with a total supply of 1 billion DOS, of which 6% is allocated for airdrop; in the airdrop part, 3% will be released at TGE, and the remaining 3% will be distributed evenly within three months after TGE. DAPPOS positions itself as an AI operating system aimed at Web3, significantly reducing the operational threshold on-chain through intent execution, account abstraction, and AI products.

The holding airdrop activity for USD1 was extended on August 7, enabling eligible users to share a total of 170 million WLFI rewards during the activity. The activity period is from August 7 to September 4, with WLFI rewards distributed to qualified USD1 holders every Saturday before 2:00 pm during the activity. According to the rules, USD1 holdings in the spot account, fund account, leverage account, and contract account are all included in the statistics; users holding USD1 in the contract or leverage account can earn 1.2 times the rewards if the daily amount of USD1 contracts that remain open meets the requirements.

2. Major Events Upcoming Next Week

The final batch of UP airdrop claims from Superform will enter the cutoff window on August 10. According to public information, the last batch of UP airdrop claims has already opened, and tokens that remain unclaimed after August 10 will be redistributed to the community. Superform is a multi-chain yield distribution and fund routing protocol that has previously completed UP TGE and formed airdrop distribution standards through points, community sales, sUP staking, Piggy Balance, etc.

The meme project Alberich Token (ALBRH) plans to conduct its TGE and token distribution on August 11. Previously, ALBRH completed Spores IDO and is still conducting IDO sales on Kommunitas. According to publicly available sales information, the Spores round token price is $0.0001, with a sale quantity of 5 billion ALBRH; the Kommunitas round aims to raise approximately $400,000 with a sale quantity of 4 billion ALBRH, also priced at $0.0001. The project's total supply is approximately 87.6 billion, and a portion of the tokens will be unlocked at TGE. ALBRH is characterized as a meme and narrative community asset, with participation value mainly in terms of initial liquidity after TGE, IDO share unlock, and community propagation heat, but its long-term performance remains highly dependent on market sentiment and community sustainability.

The Apyx Foundation's compensation claim window will end on August 15. According to public information, the Apyx Foundation has approved a compensation plan for users suffering realized losses during the apxUSD depegging event. Qualified users need to complete the verification process and submit claims before the deadline. Apyx is a DeFi protocol built around yield-bearing stablecoins and dividend-supported assets, previously launching Pips points and APYX airdrop plans. This August 15 date is not a typical market activity but rather a specific cutoff for affected users’ compensation claims, having strong time sensitivity for related apxUSD holders, who must prioritize verifying their eligibility, loss records, and the official claim entry.
