Whether it's A-shares or U.S. stocks, you will find that the real astronomical profits from the technological dividend are never in the secondary market but in the primary market's Pre-IPO stage.

Look at SpaceX, OpenAI, and even Anthropic; most of the valuation surges and multiples were devoured by top-tier institutions in Silicon Valley before they went public. Ordinary retail investors waiting to jump in when they ring the bell on listing often end up with only the scraps. This is why the Pre-IPO section launched by #MSX is so popular; it has broken the barrier to entry for retail investors who previously could not access the top-tier primary market.

In the last two rounds, Pre-IPO projects have generally achieved more than double returns (for example, #CBRS over 3 times, and #SPCX over 50%+), today we will evaluate whether participating in #MSX Pre-IPO Phase 3 is worthwhile.

1️⃣ #Neuralink Musk's brain-machine interface company

Many friends have asked me how I view Neuralink, and my conclusion is straightforward: this is one of the few companies in today's top tech circle whose growth potential can crush traditional large models and even surpass humanoid robots.

Right now, the whole world is engaged in large models, but everyone overlooks a fundamental efficiency bottleneck, "interaction."

Today, our pathway to using AI is: brain thinks → fingers tap the keyboard or voice-driven question → signal sent to AI → screen displays results → eyes receive.

This transmission rate is too slow! Musk's Neuralink brain-machine interface company aims not to merely be a medical device company through the N1 chip + R1 surgical robot, but rather hopes to compress this pathway into "brain ⇄ direct connection to AI."

If smartphones defined the mobile internet era, then brain-machine interfaces will be the operating system of the next era. Once this channel is opened, the way humans interact with machines will be completely transformed.

Also, Musk's brain-machine interface company Neuralink is no longer just a presentation; it has genuinely entered human clinical stages.

· Paralyzed patients can use "thought" to type, control phones and computers, and even manipulate robotic arms.

· Projects for language recovery, visual recovery, and more are being advanced.

· In 2025, it completed $650 million in Series E financing, with top-tier capital such as Founders Fund, Sequoia, Thrive, and ARK backing it.

Its commercial route is very clear now: medical rehabilitation (entry point) → language and visual reconstruction → thought control of objects → human-machine symbiosis (final imaginative space).

Today's Neuralink is like SpaceX around 2020; most people have not fully understood it yet, but Musk will likely find no solid direct competitors in the next five years. Thus, from this perspective, a $42 billion valuation doesn't seem too expensive, considering Musk's projects often start at a trillion!

2️⃣ #Anduril A hardcore dark horse in the military industry

Besides Neuralink, the third phase also includes another extremely scarce asset, #Anduril.

Many people only see AI chatting in software but overlook one of AI's biggest real-world applications: defense and military.

The company was founded by Palmer Luckey, focusing on AI-driven defense technology. The core is the Lattice OS intelligent system, along with autonomous drones, unmanned underwater vehicles, and smart weapon systems. It directly challenges traditional military giants like Lockheed Martin by introducing automation in defense with the speed of internet software iteration.

Currently, the company's commercialization is speeding up rapidly, with defense orders from countries like the U.S., U.K., Australia, and Germany pouring in. Its valuation has skyrocketed from several billion dollars just a few years ago.

One focuses on "brain connecting to AI," while the other focuses on "AI defense technology," MSX's selection of these two targets represents the most scarce hardcore AI assets globally.

3️⃣ MSX Phase 3 subscription rules

This time, MSX continues to anchor the core benefits of Pre-IPO to the platform token $MSX. The rules are straightforward, with no nebulous lottery; it purely depends on strength and holdings:

Do you want to buy quota for Neuralink and Anduril? The prerequisite is to hold $MSX. The more you hold, the higher the subscription quota you can allocate. It’s no wonder that recently the MSX token has doubled, as everyone is hoarding it for the activity.

The quota calculation method is also quite fair, using a "7-day average daily holding amount;" personal reminder ⚠️, don’t rush to buy $MSX on the day subscriptions open — prices will certainly not be cheap. If you want a high quota, start laying out your position now to reach the average over 7 days.

The entry threshold starts at 1,000 $MSX. To be honest, this threshold is quite accessible, essentially at a level where almost anyone can participate (as shown in picture 2).

In summary, in the U.S. stock market, truly disruptive companies have often completed valuation increases and profit-sharing before going public. Holdings like Neuralink are likely an unavoidable milestone in the next decade of tech history. Previously, ordinary retail investors could only drool over news, but now MSX has smashed open the door to the primary market and paired it with the extremely stable commercial defense dark horse Anduril, making it unmissable. Set your alarm, and join on time 🧐.
