Providing liquidity (LPying) also requires conviction in the token that at least it won't nuke anytime soon.

Best if it goes slowly up, while grinding back and forth within your range and generating as much fees as possible.

Obvious take but as someone who lacks patience to hodl, LPying + holding that token together puts my mind at ease.
