Metaplanet’s executive options pool grew from 46M to 319.5M potential shares as Bitcoin fundraising expanded the share count.

Shareholders want ~273M of that increase canceled. CEO Simon Gerovich has already exercised 64M shares at ¥10 each; they’re locked until 2031.
