Today I unlocked the experience of the first infusion of rock tea!

No matter what tea it was, I always had the habit of rinsing the tea before;

Today I tried letting the first infusion cool down after brewing it.

After finishing the sixth infusion with a light residual flavor, tasting the first infusion again felt extremely contrasting:

The sweetness and smoothness were very prominent, with a mouthfeel as rich as rice soup, and there was even a miraculous sense of "sudden enlightenment"!

Hot and cold, strong and light, perhaps that is the joy of tea culture!
