Regarding the market trends in the cryptocurrency sphere, there has been enough explanatory content recently, and we need to wait for the results of discussions before we can continue with our directional judgments. Today, I will talk about AI and the current tech companies and share my views, after all, I am not a professional. My investment thinking is very clear and rigid; AI and applications are essentially extensions of programs that operate based on the internet. The application of programs has always been primarily focused on stability. Since Von Neumann established the architecture of stored-program computers based on binary, the limitations of computer storage and computational ceilings are visible in my eyes. Essentially, it is still computations and judgments between 0 and 1. Simply put, all programs are based on calculations between 0 and 1, just different forms of transformation. The language input by everyone is, in the eyes of computers, code discrimination between 0 and 1. It does not recognize what this character and instruction really means.

Thus, the drawbacks of this architecture are extremely obvious. From its perspective, there is only a right and wrong way of expression, and it lacks independent thinking capability. This is the limitation of the Von Neumann architecture. For example, take the current stage of auto-driving, the Q&A format of Doubao, even automatic running equipment in factories, including automatic gear in cars. The more complex operations require particularly prominent computational capabilities, and the more content that needs to be computed, the easier it is to make mistakes. For instance, in auto-driving, why is there only intelligent driving at this stage and not achieving L3 level fully autonomous driving? The core issue is the complexity of roads and the insufficient learning cases; it can only learn from a vast number of cases to learn how to drive autonomously. A familiar road is where the most problems are likely to occur. The core problem is that, as mentioned, it only knows how to discriminate, not to think. The ideology can only recognize commands and cannot provide solutions. Of course, extensive learning and training will enable it to progress, but everyone needs to be clear that it can only recognize commands; it does not possess consciousness itself.

The AI applications that ordinary people in the country can access are simply Doubao. In my experience, Doubao can only be regarded as an excellent browser. It can quickly help you find the Chinese content you want, but the correctness of that content requires your own judgment. In fact, it is the same abroad; I have also tried some content and found that it requires complete detachment. For some applications, it can provide you with a mainstream architecture and direction belonging to the present, but a troublesome point is that the search and verification process is extremely mentally exhausting. I once considered training an AI software that closely aligned with my thinking, consuming a huge amount of tokens, yet it still resembled a mentally challenged child. This is also the fruit of my near six-month disappearance this year. In truth, users who came into touch with the cryptocurrency world earlier can more easily accept these new things; I am someone who is extremely willing to try, and the facts have proven that this path is currently unfeasible for AI.

I have compared many AI software, and the differences between them exist only at the detail level; let’s take a simple example. If you let AI discern your emotions, simple AI computations might just look at your mouth corners; if they are upturned, it will give you a happy emotional response. A slightly advanced AI software will recognize your heart rate, check your overall expression, and retrieve your blood oxygen levels, thus providing an answer. The essence is merely detail-level discrimination; it does not escape the realm of independent thinking. I am not entirely dismissing AI; I only want to tell everyone that you need to learn to discern marketing techniques from actual application capabilities. Most of what top figures say requires the release of software. For example, Elon Musk stated, “AI has developed the ability to think independently, but it is too dangerous.” The concept of AI harming humanity is still extremely distant. The current stage is just massive computing to fill AI's underlying architecture, resulting in thought processes that resemble a normal person's, which is merely the simulation stage.

Perhaps by this point, some friends may refute me, saying that AI deceives and tricks users? There are even users in the mathematics field discussing how AI conquered certain mathematical conjectures? You also need to understand the logic behind this; it is humans providing it with ideas, telling it that the way it thinks is wrong, and that it needs to do it this way (offering what you believe are the ideas) for it to provide you with answers. Essentially, the answers it provides are just the ones you want to obtain; it does not know that it is deceiving you. This logic stops here, and what you need to understand has already provided enough for everyone to imagine the future and even to invest. Returning to the current AI market, you should clearly know that for AI to perform more complex calculations, it must have more computing power, so the value of CPUs and graphics cards has risen accordingly. The storage field is the same; it requires faster reading capabilities and larger storage space, thus making storage hard drives more valuable. In the investment market, corresponding companies are Intel, NVIDIA, SanDisk, SK Hynix, and domestic companies like Yangtze Memory and Changxin Memory.

Simultaneously, all computations cannot be separated from the core, which is the application of basic physics, electricity, and related products; this is what Sun Yuchen mentioned two years ago, copper, transformers, and clean energy. This has turned into a domestic advantage. Now everyone understands why the country is vigorously developing electricity? It still forms a two-tier differentiation, as the advantage of Americans lies in research and development; our advantage is in foundational support, ready to use. It is precisely because there are many defects that the space for growth is enormous. In real-life examples, automatic transmission cars have replaced manual transmission models, and electric vehicles are gradually replacing fuel vehicles, which is also the self-computing capability of AI. Many friends may want me to talk about AI's bubble and whether it is still suitable for investment? Frankly speaking, I don’t know. In my articles from two years ago, I reminded everyone to equip themselves with stocks of relevant companies, yet very few dared to intervene.

Including myself, after this contact, I see that the AI technology-related industries indeed have signs of over-speculation at this stage. As for future directions, it is definitely related to AI; one point I can think of is that AI will indeed replace a large number of job positions. Especially in the medical field, decision-related and even materials science's basic component experiments, their computation and storage experience are so strong that they can completely replace humans. However, if you say it can completely replace humans, I think it is still very difficult to achieve at this moment. Even if they have self-training capabilities, their shortcomings are still too obvious. There are no major issues with the direction; you just need to understand why Americans bet on this industry? Their labor costs are too high, hence the function of substituting labor arises, automated factories? Automated enterprises? Automated services? This is what they aim to realize, so they have devoted so much energy.

In summary: The presentation of this article is just my personal understanding. If there are industry professionals among the fans, and if I fall short in understanding, please point it out directly; I can learn. As for whether this industry is still worth investing in? It goes back to yesterday's article, absolutely do not short the market; you must think clearly about who your opponents are? If you want to invest, it must primarily be in leading companies, not in companies that can surpass Intel just because they are listed. Everyone must be careful if they want to enter this industry and take this point as a reminder—the R&D capabilities and ideas in the AI field are extremely important. Breakthroughs by leading companies can drive the entire industry forward, and this is beyond doubt. Users looking to enter the domestic market should try to find relevant supporting companies rather than research-focused ones. Furthermore, AI and the cryptocurrency sphere possess a competitive aspect, such as breakthroughs in computing power, which will increase the probability of calculating Bitcoin; the rise in memory and graphics cards drives up the costs for miners, and feedback to the cryptocurrency sphere means that the production cost of each type of currency will increase accordingly. Remember that Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as SOL's computational requirements, are different; Ethereum and SOL do not require computation to obtain rewards; it is just that the cost of Bitcoin is increasing. For those interested in investing in the AI field, feel free to chat with me; I won't elaborate here; you can also directly ask me about cryptocurrency matters.
