Circle now lets eligible institutions turn Bitcoin into USDC liquidity without selling BTC.

Deposited BTC becomes cirBTC collateral for a Morpho loan. Circle handles the access, but Morpho still sets the borrowing rate, collateral limits and liquidation threshold.
