FTX compensation is also on its way—— Kraken has completed the first fund distribution of FTX assets and paid over 46000 creditors. Previously, it was reported that FTX plans to begin repaying $16 billion in creditors on February 18, 2025, with the first phase to repay $6.5-7 billion. Payment is based on November 2022 prices. Last night, FTX announced in a post that it has started the first payment distribution to the approved claim holders of Convenience Classes in FTX's Chapter 11 restructuring plan. The client expects to receive the funds within 1 to 3 working days. The expected registration date for the next round of allocation is April 11, 2025, and the allocation time is expected to begin on May 30, 2025.
