Have been asked by a few partners in the past week how we keep customer assets safe @okx Security is our top priority as a platform. Here are a few key things that we do to protect customer assets 👇 - We do not use Safe or other third party services for our hot and cold wallet infrastructure. It has been developed in-house and tested in our operation for 12 years. This eliminate dependency on third party vulnerability. - Our wallet system has multiple layers of authentication (both logical and physical) with clear verification interface. This prevents transaction tempering. - We have multiple controls in our system to safeguard customer assets, including access control, multi-factor authentication, secure communication protocol, and independent code review. This helps reduce vulnerability within the system. - We pre-clear / whitelist wallets to which transfers can be executed. - We conduct regular security assessment and penetration testing to have a second and third pair of eyes to proactively identify any potential vulnerabilities. - We conduct regular and mandatory security training with all employees to build a security-aware organization. - We also run a robust bug bounty program.
