About as low as we can get while keeping block spec compatability. If all our validators upgrade to gigabit ethernet (or are in the same datacenter) this will be sub 99ms. The RPC's are already sub 99ms given they dont wait for the blocks to be output, just the tx to be finalized. Thats why apps that use our synchronous RPC (or ideally web sockets) are instant.
