An Ethereum researcher proposes a solution to the centralization problem and eliminate MEV

According to Ccointelegraph, an Ethereum researcher has proposed a new block proposal solution aimed at democratizing Ethereum's current centralized block building process by implementing a 'shared random algorithm'. Anonymous researcher Malik 672 stated in an article that the "decentralized random block proposal" will utilize Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) to eliminate block level maximum extractable values, fully democratize block proposals, and potentially accelerate propagation - the process of broadcasting transactions to network validators. According to Malik 672's proposal, all Ethereum clients (rather than a few builders) will build blocks using encrypted random algorithms. This random selection will prevent profit oriented manipulation strategies from affecting Ethereum users. This solution will better align with Ethereum's' trustless root 'while still being compatible with Danksharding's blob requirements - this solution attempts to extend Ethereum L2. Malik 672 added that this solution can even shorten the time slot from 12 seconds to around 6 to 8 seconds.
