Ethereum Foundation: Fixed Sepolia testnet license deposit contract issue, node operator needs to upgrade client

Odaily Planet Daily News: The Ethereum Foundation announced in a statement that the Pectra network upgrade had previously been launched on the Sepolia testnet. However, it was later discovered that there were issues with Sepolia's license deposit contract, which caused many execution layer clients to be unable to include transactions in blocks. The cause of the problem has been quickly determined, and the client team has immediately begun to work on fixing it. This issue is specific to Sepolia's testnet configuration and cannot occur on the Ethereum mainnet. Currently, validators have deployed a fix to restore the network to normal throughput. All Sepolia node operators must now upgrade their execution layer clients to maintain network compatibility.
