Founder of Telegram: has now returned to Dubai

According to BlockBeats, on March 17th, Pavel Durov, co-founder and CEO of Telegram, posted on his personal channel saying, "As you know, I have returned to Dubai after staying in France for several months to investigate cases related to criminal activities on Telegram. The case is still ongoing. I want to thank the investigating judge for allowing all of this to happen, and also thank my lawyers and team for their relentless efforts to prove that Telegram has not only fulfilled its legal obligations, but even exceeded requirements in terms of content review, cooperation, and combating crime over the years
