China Mobile: DeepSeek adaptation demand rapidly growing, expected to bring good growth to mobile cloud

Chen Huaida, Vice General Manager of China Mobile, stated at the company's 2024 annual performance briefing held tonight that China Mobile has quickly worked with customers to promote DeepSeek adaptation since its listing. "Token call volume almost doubled every day in the first week, and from the second week onwards, it doubled every week. The overall GPU utilization rate increased from 20% to 68%, and the overall resource sales rate reached 77%, an increase of over 40 percentage points. Among the customers who access DeepSeek, 60% are deployed through hyper converged integration, 30% are deployed using bare metal, and 10% are called from public clouds.
