Breaking free from the shackles of formalism and returning to the intuition of realism The wheels of history are rolling forward, and human cognition is constantly evolving. However, in the pursuit of certainty and formalization, we often fall into rigid shackles and overlook the complexity and uncertainty of the real world. Pythagoras' 'Everything is a natural number', Euclid's plane geometry, and Newton's deterministic mechanics were all brilliant theories, but they were ultimately broken through due to their inability to explain physical phenomena in the real world. These historical events remind us that excessive reliance on formal models may hinder our profound understanding of the real world. The current computer science and blockchain technology are also facing similar challenges. Although the Turing machine simulated the computing power of the human brain, it ignored more complex life phenomena such as emotions and consciousness. Deterministic blockchain technology, although performing well in handling static and closed systems, appears inadequate in handling dynamic and open complex systems. Especially in the cryptocurrency industry, our excessive pursuit of deterministic consensus has led to bottlenecks in the integration of blockchain technology with the real world. To overcome these challenges, we need to return to the intuition of realism and draw inspiration from Darwin's theory of evolution. Darwin's theory of evolution emphasizes the adaptability and complexity of biological systems, providing us with a new perspective for understanding and constructing complex systems. The success of Bitcoin is a manifestation of this' individual emergence '. Its distributed and decentralized nature enables it to adapt to constantly changing environments and generate unexpected order. To achieve this transformation, we need to master two key skills and a philosophy: Control loop system with feedback: Drawing on Wiener's control theory, emphasizing the importance of information feedback in the system, constructing a system that can self regulate and adapt. Design techniques for individual emergence order: Learn from the successful experience of Bitcoin and explore how to generate complex and organic order through interactions between individuals. Individual reflexive competition: emphasizes self-examination and self-improvement, stimulates systematic innovation and adaptability. In the encryption industry, we need to go beyond the obsession with deterministic consensus and explore more flexible and adaptive mechanisms. For example, introducing more randomness and uncertainty may result in stronger emergence effects. At the same time, we need to explore more deeply how to integrate cryptocurrency more closely with the real world, making cryptocurrency a symbiotic organism with the real world, rather than just a lifeless tool derived from blockchain technology. The real world is complex, dynamic, and unpredictable. We need to embrace this complexity instead of trying to simplify it with simple deterministic consensus models. By returning to the intuition of realism, we can construct a realistic and unpredictable cryptocurrency intuition system that better serves the real world.
