NFT game project Game of Silks may face class action lawsuit, law firm Rosen Law plans to push for court motion next month

According to a report by Golden Finance, law firm Rosen Law Firm announced that it will file a class action lawsuit on behalf of Game of Silks NFT buyers. The latter is an NFT driven fantasy horse racing game project that raised $5 million in funding in 2023 (with a total funding of over $10 million), but the project has never submitted a registration statement to the US SEC, so its NFT may violate the Securities Act and be suspected of making significant false statements. It is reported that Rosen Law Firm has revealed that the lead plaintiff plans to file a motion with the court before April 25th.
