The Layer 1 public chain Pharos has recently launched a testing network

BlockBeats News: On March 24th, Pharos, a Layer 1 public chain focused on TradFi, launched its public development website on March 6th, calling on all developers to build and conduct stress testing on the first EVM compatible Layer 1 that reaches 2 gigagas per second. According to its official website, Alex Zhang, founder and CEO of Pharos, previously served as CTO at Ant Chain; Pharos Innovation and CTO Meng Wu was previously the Chief Security Officer of Ant Financial's Web3 business; Pharos CMO Laura Shen was previously the head of Solana Mobile Marketing at Solana Labs BlockBeats previously reported that on November 9, 2024, Pharos completed a seed round financing of $8 million, led by Lightspeed Faction and Hack VC, with SNZ Capital as a strategic investor. Other investors include Dispersion Capital, Hash Global, Generative Ventures, MH Ventures, Zion, and Chorus One.
