JuCoin releases open letter: Enhancing transparency and trust through actions

According to Foresight News, JuCoin recently released an open letter in response to the community's attention to its role as a sponsor of Token 2049, and pledged to further enhance user trust through more transparent team information, security audits, and compliance development. The team will interact with users at Token 2049 Dubai site (booth P74-P75) and hold a Twitter Space on March 31st to discuss with the community. In addition, JuCoin will publicly disclose information about its core management team, collaborate with BitsLab for a comprehensive security audit, and plan to submit proof of reserve to CoinMarketCap to ensure asset transparency and security.
