Elon Musk's AI company xAI has fully acquired Twitter through equity. The valuation of xAI is 80B, and the valuation of ⼋ is 33B ($45 billion minus $12 billion in debt). There are currently 600 million active users, providing xAI/Grok with a natural feedback system for interacting with AI through user communication and learning, and in turn improving natural language corpus and data for AI.
