Bitfarms and Macquarie Group reach preliminary agreement for $300 million private debt financing

Golden Finance reported that according to official sources, Nasdaq listed mining company Bitfarms announced that it has reached a preliminary agreement with Macquarie Group for a $300 million private debt financing to fund the initial HPC project development in Panther Creek, Pennsylvania. The initial funding amount is $50 million, and the maximum withdrawal amount after obtaining the final document signing is $300 million. It is expected that Macquarie Group will provide funding for the initial construction of the Panther Creek data center in a non diluted manner.
