According to informed sources, the main broker Hidden Road is in talks with a cryptocurrency native company for an acquisition, and the negotiations are still ongoing, but a final agreement has not yet been reached. The company focuses on cryptocurrency and traditional assets, raising approximately $50 million last year from investors including Dragonfly Capital. FT Partners serves as its advisor.
