Brazilian court rules to seize debtor's encrypted assets for debt repayment

Odaily Planet Daily News: The Third Chamber of the Brazilian High Court has ruled to allow judges to send notices to cryptocurrency exchanges to seize cryptocurrency assets in the debtor's account to repay debts. The ruling states that although encrypted assets are not legal currencies, they can be used as payment methods and value storage tools.
