1/2 Foreign selling of Tsys, or just refrain from buying, as a way to retaliate over tariffs? This would hurt Foreigners more than it would hurt the US. Are they willing to punish themselves worse just to get back at the US? Green fell 2008 to 2022 thanks to Fed buying (QE).
